HYPNOSIS FOR STRESS, DIFFICULTY SLEEPING, LOW SELF ESTEEM, LACK OF CONFIDENCE
Hypnosis Works! There isn’t a person on the Planet Earth who doesn’t deal with all or some of these issues at various times in their life. There are episodes of stress that we may have difficulty handling. Have you ever said to yourself “I know what the issue is and I should be able to get through this myself”? Do you feel frustrated and defeated when you find yourself reacting in the same way to the same problem over and over again? You are not alone! It is important to remember that even the most successful, attractive and confident people you know struggle with low self-esteem and a lack of confidence.
How do you handle the stressful situations in your life? Do you just push it all down and act as if everything is just fine and dandy? Meanwhile, underneath that façade, you find your heart is racing and your breathing is more shallow, perhaps more rapid. How we manifest our stress is a very individual thing.
For some of us, we may bite our nails or bury our feelings in food. We can even manifest more serious physical symptoms such as elevated blood pressure, headaches, numbness and tingling in your extremities or even pain and tightness in our chest.
Be aware that if you do present with these or any other physical symptoms, it is extremely important that you see your physician to determine if you require medical treatment!!!
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a way to help you become better at handling these issues? Well, there is … HYPNOSIS!!!! Now for some of us, just the word hypnosis conjures up a state where the hypnotist on stage is “controlling the mind” of their subjects making them do the most ridiculous things.
How does my service differ from Stage Hypnosis?
While stage hypnosis does exist, this is not what my practice as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist is about. It is important to understand the following:
- You are always in control
- You are always in harmony with what is being suggested
- You will never do anything that is not in your own code of ethics
We will work together, assessing your specific needs and goals. Each session will focus on specific strategies and post hypnotic suggestions to assist you in achieving your desired results. This is an interactive experience. After each session, you will be given materials and recordings to help you achieve a state of self-hypnosis, which serves to reinforce and strengthen your own ability to reach your intended goals. An essential part of successful hypnosis is the work you continue to do between sessions.
